We believe we are the health club with a difference. While recent reports show that over 75% of health club members throughout the UK are under 35, at Spirit Health Clubs, even though we cater for all ages, over 50% of our members are over 46, while many people in their 50's, 60's and beyond continue to enjoy our facilities. Most of our clubs have the following facilities: Gym, pool, jacuzzi, steam, sauna, beauty and massage treatments.
